For the first remittance, the remitter needs to prepare their basic personal information and either one of the following documents: passport, Australian driver's license, or Photo ID. After the personal information is verified, the remitter only needs to log in with their registered mobile phone number for each subsequent remittance.
Typically, if the identity information is in order, it takes 3-5 minutes to complete the remitter's identity verification, depending on the compliance system of the Australian government.
Please place the document on a flat surface, avoid obstructions, ensure adequate lighting, and make sure the edges of the document are within the scanning frame. Once the document is aligned and stable within the frame, the system will automatically scan the document.
The minimum limit for a single remittance via EZREMIT is 100 AUD, and the maximum limit is 30,000 RMB. However, when you accumulate more remittances, you may need to provide your source of the fund to meet the government’s regulations. If you need to make a remittance of large amount, please contact EZREMIT customer service, and we will customize a product suitable for your needs.
The Transfer Fee for each transaction with EZREMIT is 12 AUD. The fee can be as low as AUD $0 during promotion period. EZREMIT will continuously launch various promotional activities, so please stay tuned.
With Poli payment and bank transfer, provided the information is correct, it can be credited within 2 minutes to 1 business day, depending on the time we receive your AUD.

With bank account, you need to provide: name, gender, home address, contact number( the Chinese contact number recorded under the bank account), occupation, relationship with the sender, bank account number, bank branch name, ID number, starting and expiring date of the ID.With alipay, you need to provide: name, gender, home address, contact number, relationship with the sender, and Alipay account number.
As required by regulatory authorities, domestic recipients must provide their ID cards to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
If you choose to receive money through Alipay, you can upload your ID on the Alipay operation page by yourself.
EZREMIT supports the receipt of payments using debit cards issued by over 500 mainstream UnionPay banks in mainland China, including the urban commercial banks, and rural credit cooperatives.
Yes. If remittance is made to Alipay account, you need to correctly enter the account number, which is usually a mobile number or an email address. You can find the account number in Alipay APP: me>profile>account number.
For the first Remittance by Alipay, you need to manually confirm to receive money. Please Navigate to 'setting' page of Alipay APP Mini Program>Instant Payment>Name Card, follow instructions to verify identity and add bank card. After the first successful remittance, subsequent ones will be automatic.
Certainly. The recipient can proactively set up WeChat Wallet or a bank card for priority payment reception, eliminating the need for manual confirmation upon fund arrival. Subsequent remittances will be processed automatically. The steps are as follows:
Search "WeRemit" in WeChat and access the mini program.
Click: "Receive Payments" - "Create Payment Card" - "Receive via Phone Number".
The WeRemit mini program will prompt you to link your Mainland China ID and bank card. Please complete these configurations sequentially within the WeRemit mini program.

If it is because the recipient’s information is entered incorrectly, you can edit anytime until the transfer succeeds, with no extra charge. If you cancel the transaction and ask for a refund, a $20 Handling Fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be returned to your original paying account up to 3 ~5 working days.
